Stella Care staff are fantastic. Each and every one made me feel so welcome and a part of their 'family '. The staff are always there for each other, giving that bit of extra help or encouragement whenever needed. Nobody minded if I was a few minutes late with my rotas to begin with as they knew I was still learning my way around the areas. I have worked at Stella for around 9 months and during that time the management and other staff memebers have been supportive and always on hand to help where needed . The management provide incentives to show that our work and commitment is appreciated.  Stella have also been flexible to the requests of my preferred working hours and days which over my time of working here have changed more recently   .

My mother has really had her ups and downs during the last couple of years but Stalla Care have been so supportive that she feels safe and able to continue life in her own home with her cat.
