As a company we pride ourselves in providing our carers with ongoing support and to continuously appreciate their hard work and dedication, this in turn creates a strong, happy and caring team that provides our customers with the best care available.

We ensure that all our carers have criminal record checks and at least two references. Our staff undergo a training program including moving and handling, first aid, dementia awareness, infection control and safeguarding, as well as two shadow shifts. Training is updated yearly so that all our staff are up to date with current legislation.

What types of shifts do you offer?

We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts and night shifts.  

Our day shifts start at 8am and end at 10pm. Shifts can be flexible during these times. For example 8am-2pm or 5pm-10pm. Depending on your availability.

We are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week so we are flexible and will work around your schedule.

Where can I work?

Our office is located in Torquay. We provide care in the Torbay and Teignbridge areas. Our clients are in Paignton, Torquay, Kingskerswell and Newton Abbot. Our rounds are separated into different locations to reduce mileage and travel time.

Our office team are also always on hand if you need support or a friendly face to talk too.
